Standard Shipping is by USPS Parcel Post – 7 days (in some cases may take up to 2 weeks to the East Coast)

- $4.75 for all US orders $75 or less, FREE for orders greater than $75

- $10.50 for all Canadian orders $100 or less, FREE for orders greater than $100

Faster Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail – 2 to 3 days

- $6.75 for orders shipped to California, Nevada, Oregon and Utah

- $8.75 for orders to all other states

Free local delivery in Oakland and Berkeley, CA for orders > $25 

$3 for orders that are $25 or less.  A Pick-up option is available in other areas in the East Bay.  Please select the appropriate option in check out and we will contact you to arrange or you can call us at 510-301-1741.

One Small Step ships to the US and Canada. For areas other than those listed and for Express Mail Prices, please contact us.

Please Note: These dates are our best estimates for domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states and are not guaranteed.  Weather delays, out of stock items, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Gift Options

During the checkout process you can select the wrap option - this will hide the prices on the packing slip and you can enter a personalized gift message to appear in the comments section.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a store credit (after 60 days), refund or exchange the item(s) for you -- it's your choice. Our goal is to create a strong, long term relationship with our customers.

Defective Items

Please contact customer service (sales@onesmallstep.com) before you ship the item back to us so that we can help troubleshoot the problem or get you in touch with the manufacturer.

We currently do not have pre-paid shipping labels, if you are returning a defective item please call Customer Service at 510-301-1741 or email sales@onesmallstep.com to be reimbursed for return shipping costs.  Please use USPS Parcel mail service for the shipment, if possible.

How to Return/Exchange

Please contact customer service (sales@onesmallstep.com) with your name and invoice number before you ship the item back to us so that we can assist you. Original shipping charges are only refunded for returns if the item is damaged or defective. (Depending on circumstances we may also refund standard shipping costs to ship item back to us - please ask us.)

Expedited Exchanges

If you want item(s) exchanged quicker than the time frame mentioned above, simply place a new order for the item(s) you want and write "Exchange - customer name" in the COMMENTS section of the new order. When we receive the items you are returning, we'll simply refund your original payment source for the merchandise exchanged.
